I want to give Victoria Z a compliment. I did some shopping at the Mt Prospect jewel today. I came through her line. I was using a scooter, which when I arrived to her line for checking out my groceries, the store scooter just ran out of power. She was very accommodating and returned the scooter to where it belongs to charge it up. She asked me if I needed another scooter. I said no, I'll use the cart. She has great customer service!

I purchased 12 pieces of fried chicken from from the Jewel in Mount Prospect.. That chicken was so dry we couldn't eat it. Other places can make chicken moist and juicy. Jewel can keep their chicken specials; I'll never buy it there again.

They “require” masks but not only do they not enforce it for costumers but their staff don’t even obey it. No one wants to wear the masks but if you are going to require it then stop the people who don’t have them on. And as for staff it is a joke they aren’t wearing them. This store is a complete joke and unsafe right now.

It’s bad enough that you are price gouging your cleaning supplies now you aren’t honoring your sale prices . Soup end cap says Progresso Soup 1.99 a can , get it to the register &it rings up 2.49 . Won’t even go to see the price in the end cap just says nope not on sale ! I’m done ?♀️

As I was trying to use the Jewel across the street from my home I noticed this bread my daughter enjoys: as I picked it up I realized it was moldy! I was totally grossed out, I have seen this before with this Jewel but apparently it’s still a problem.

My grandpa came to jewel osco and fell very ill the only place he came was this location I am not aware of the store has COVID but if so this should be made to the public .

I just wanted to give a shoutout to this location of Jewel - Osco for the extra help they gave my aunt this week. She lives nearby and I've been spending a lot of time with her lately. I took here here for her weekly grocery shopping trip and we needed some extra help finding an item that she was sure they had because she had purchased it many times at this location, but we couldn't find it on the shelf.We asked for some help and a man (I really wish I remembered his name!) went above and beyond to find it for her. He ran around and went into the back room where he suddenly appeared with it! I think they had just had a delivery.Anyway, big thumbs up. Thank you whoever the manager is for training your staff well.

This jewel sucks so bad! Always closed registers and only self checkouts open! One lady there to manage all self checkouts at the same time! So frustrating when your checking out need help or need to edit an item and have to wait 5 minutes bc she's assisting someone else. Then are stared at like you tried to steal something! Ridiculous! Just open more registers!

I'm very upset and I think all you in mt prospect should be to. The jewel on Euclid, I was just there about an hour ago. I was using the self checkout because im immuno compromised and want to make sure everyone else keeps their social distance. When I heard the cashier ask the manager why all the registers were open. He replied itasca there home office told then to "open all of them" even if it means no social distancing. She than proceeded to ask why which I commend her for he replied "that's what they want". She than took out her mask and prepared herself which im glad she did she's keeping the registers open and now having her life and others put in danger over profit. Than to make matters worse, a couple decided to go the register right behind or did I say on top of me literally they guys back was against mine. I asked him to move to keep social distancing and that's when he no longer spoke English. Thankfully I had my mask and gloves on but seriously what is wrong with people, profit over lives, people not carrying except about themselves.

This is our local jewel. We always go by and get some groceries. Definitely more expensive than stopping at Walmart but they definitely have a larger selection. Lines are super quick here--we usually just go through self-check our. Today we swung by to grab a few things... we went by the bakery to grab bread. It was still warm and steamy in the bag! Yum!
