I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life it’s almost comical. My husband and I ate here 04/24/24 around 7:45pm. The gentleman who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing him. Rude, didn’t say more than 3 words to us. The woman who cashed us out was just as bad. If you guys hate your jobs so much there’s a few staffing firms in the area that I’m positive will assist you in finding a non customer facing position. As horrible as it would seem to work there, I can assure you eating there is even worse.

I had an outstanding experience at this JM location! The entire crew was super warm and friendly and they made excellent, delicious sandwiches! In a world of diminishing customer service this evening was a throwback to better times. I felt appreciated and well cared for. I will go out of my way to return to this location!

Only reason I'm giving this location 5 stars is because of Dylan. Despite the fact that the other employees were short & rude with customers, Dylan interacted with customers in a friendly & positive way. I hope that his standard of customer service is recognized by management and imitated by others in their workplace.

On 11/30/2023, me and my coworkers dined at the Mount Prospect location we spent about $50 on our order it was good (mine were a little salty), the lady on the staff seem bothered because I added more ingredients to my sandwich the only other thing that was unusual for me was how the manager (a stocky guy with beard and cap ) was bragging on the line how he was going fire an employee tonight if they call off ..IMO I think that shouldn't been discuss on the line in front of customers, probably won't be back it's a shame because it's a good concept

Employees making immature faces at a customer who requests something changed. Basically asked for light mayonnaise and when too much was on I requested some be wiped off. Didn’t ask for a new sandwich just that it be wiped off and the immaturity of an employee to roll her eyes and give co workers a side eye. I could have asked for an entire new sandwich but didn’t want to waste food.Professionalism is lacking:

Poor customer service. I arrived early for my pick up. The lead dude said I was early but they were "working on it"! 25 mins and 10 walk in customers later, I spoke up and, was again chastised and told I needed to "honor" the pick up time. Had I just had them made on the spot, I would have been out in 10 mins. Makes no sense.. 40 minutes after I arrived, I was chastised a third time as I left. I will not be "honoring" them with my business, and would encourage U to not use the app if UR hungry or in a rush.

The people working this day at lunch, just wow. This is likely the best morale I've seen in a long time anywhere. Employees were personable, friendly and exhibited incredible teamwork. Happy to have gotten to see all this.

Stopped late afternoon, My Partner and I 11/2 hour later, now throwing up sandwich. Hmmm Hope we don't get too sick. Poor service the kids that work here needs more training about their sandwiches. Never going back to this location.
