Good experience with routine maintenance, everything happened in the estimated period of time, quality of work was good and pricing was fair. Seems like a trustworthy shop. I will be back for service or repairs.

Alright mechanics but, Don't take their word for any repairs I highly suggest to take it to another mechanic also for second opinionThey also need to communicate way better with customers, they will hold your car and won't even respond to ur call (I have proof of all the calls I made)The old tall guy in the front counter pls don't believe him at all he will say one thing and will switch right away ( he's not a mechanic he's just a cashier) only talk to Sam (the owner of the store)They were also rude to me because they couldn't figure out my problem.

This review is overdue but these folks did an amazing job sorting my 2011 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Had few issues from turbo boost, suspension, to coolant leaks, overheating. Team communicated every step of the way, explained the issues, and the price for the job was very fair.I’m definitely going back! Keep up the great work guys!

I would not recommend this auto repair shop to my worst enemy. I took my classic **** Porsche 911 to them back in October of 2020 to have the engine rebuilt along with any other problem that was found to make the car almost new again. That included brakes, electrical, clutch, transmission etc. I was given an estimate of $12,000, and I had to give them $4000 upfront. I told them I wanted my car back by June of 2021 so I can drive it during the summer. When **** arrived, I contacted them to ask is my car really? They said no because of Covid, it was difficult to get parts from Germany. They said so for the inconvenience but they would call me when ready. I called them several months later since I didn't hear from them, and I was told they are still working on it, and they will contact me. Now, June of 2022 has arrived, and I called again, and still the car wasn't ready. They sent me a text message with photos of the car in the air and the engine, transmission, brake rotors, and all type of parts were on the garage floor. They said they were still working on it, and to be patient. Now, June of 2023 has arrived and I called again to see was my care ready. They told me the car is almost ready, but they are having a small problem keeping the engine running. It would cut-off after a few minutes. They did not call me until September of 2023 to let me know my car was ready for pick-up and the total price was $24934.80 minus the $4000 we paid upfront. I said this is ridiculous because we only owed you a little over $8000. They told me they had to do more labor and get more parts. We went to the bank and got a cashier check for the amount of $20,834.80. We paid them, they gave us the keys, we started the car and it was back firing. We put it into gear to drive, and we moved the car a few feet and couldn't stop. No brakes. The car was undriveable. They told me they couldn't fine a brake part but as long as we stay under 40 MPH you can stop. WTF! This is crazy!

Most unprofessional repair service ever.Wet to repair my front left boot on my Audi A8. They did but then damaged the right side on purpose so I would bring back to repair the one they damaged.Because next day I went to North Maim Audi dealer and they showed me that the Left was repair but the right one was damaged.I did bring it back to Germany repair and told them what they did.They repair it for free and didn't say anything more.Please don't have them work on you Auto, VERY DISHONEST PLACE.

On the advice of friends, I visited this service. The staff is very friendly. They accepted me on the same day, did a technical inspection, changed the oil and brake pads. So for this service I paid 3 times less than what my dealership offered me! Everything was explained clearly (because I’m a woman and don’t really understand the structure of a car?). No extra work was done, as dealership like to do. Thank you so much for your work and excellent service. I will recommend you to my friends!Services: Brakes

Sam gave an awesome price for replacing all my brakes and rotors (oem parts). Also, was nice and helpful in showing me the wear and tears and then after-walk-thru. Did suspension and wheel alignment. Very pleased with quick service and price affordability that is reasonable and not over the top. Quality of work is excellent!Car: 2017 Audi A4Update: After a couple of weeks driving, my brakes were screeching. They replaced them under warranty, but I am still hearing thudding sound when I brake, could be a loose part from the previous issue.I had trusted to leave my car with them, but was given back damaged with a dent on the side door!

Sam Jr. is the most honest car repair person I've ever met. He told me what was wrong with my car and didn't try to upcharge me. He was communicative and very helpful. I will always take my car here from now on.

Amazing Team working there, I found them online for engine rebuild on my Audi Q5 after 2 cylinders failed. I was looking to put used engine on that car, but after talk to Sam, I got fair price on complete engine rebuild with one year warranties.Car also has failed turbo, so I bought online new one, and they installed for no cost with rebuild engine.Within couple weeks my car was running again.Great Service, great prices, highly recommended

Checked the car in and never got an estimate. They misdiagnosed it and did what they “felt” was wrong. It was under a premise to “save” me money. Half of the other things that were put on the work order were not done. The things that were done did not resolve the issue with the car.
