Excellent hotel with excellent location ,nearby O'Hare International airport , extremely clean & comfortable . And what an awesome guy Rocky Patel is , upon arrival we were warmly welcomed even though it was bit crowded and he makes sure that we get the best and we enjoy our stay very well , he makes our trip even more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,famous places to visit and of course restaurants with delicious food. Would definetely recommend this hotel (specially Rocky Patel) to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you once again Rocky Patel for going extra miles for the guests!!!

I stuck at O’Hare Airport From Air Serbia, 16 hours, after then 4:00 am in the morning Airline Authorities Transferred To Me, At Four Point by Sheraton Hotel. in Mount Prospect Illinois , And Front-desk Clark Mr Rocky, Was so Helpful to us, from each and every way. We heartily Thankful and Appreciate For His help to us. we will shout Rocky name in our home country and definitely sending more guests, because The Property also was Quiet and Clean, The bed so comfortable. Thank to Rocky Once again for bottom of My heart.Walkability: Restaurant and bar and Many Grocery stores are open 24 hours!

My flight was cancel, and aírline send me at four point mount prospect Illinois, and Front Desk Clerk Night Auditor Mr Rocky was Very Helpfull and Kinds, we again Thanks To Him for everythings, we Will defenately come back again in his Hospitality.

Our connecting flight got delayed by 14+ hr and end up spending night here.We got to this hotel and rocky was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice after a 16 hour long flight.Rooms were very good and relaxing.!

Rocky Patel was a great front desk employee who shared many stories with us, he was so cool and amazing. I want to come back just to meet him again because that’s how much of a fun time we had with him. He did many things for us like leave music on in the pool room and then share with us many stories and most importantly he treated us with respect and kindness. Love the guy and his energy, when he left his shift he said bye to us and told us to come again and we certainly will. Rocky Patel was so nice to us and made sure we felt like we were home.
