The Asian guy behind the counter would not help me. He made me feel like I was stupid and insignificant. Someday he will need help and I hope gets someone that will help him.

Workers were super nice and helpful. Had very good customer service, unfortunately the photo printer was broken so was unable to get our passport photos taken.

Tim and Andy were very professional and extremely helpful in answering my questions, selecting a box and packing my goods for shipping. Both of these gentlemen have been there for a long time and they always go out of their way to help customers with either shipping or printing requests. It is so refreshing to see informed and experienced employees who take pride in what they do and the company that they work for.

Andy was awesome. He packaged my device for me and had a great attitude. He got me squared away. Actually every time I come in here whoever is helping me has been awesome. They take a lot of pride in providing a good service and it shows. Put a smile on my face.

I had a pretty complicated mailing case involving lost sunglasses at a hotel in Miami. I googled everywhere on how to get it back here, and when that proved unhelpful, I went to my local FedEx. Tim at the desk helped me through the process, made it easy for me to get what I needed, and I believe the sunglasses will be back in no time! I have to say I almost gave up on it before I talked to Tim about it. Thanks again!!!

Such friendly service and chipper attitude. Will definitely be my go to FedEx store. I was greeted by Andy and he helped me out with the self service printer. Guided me in the right direction and made the process fast and easy. Will definitely be returning. Thanks again!
