Don't know if this is the right department. But right now I don't care. The entire company suffers from poor service. Talked to someone called Laura. Promised to call back on Friday. She didn't.They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Then call them on Monday. Talked to the same person. After 15 minutes of conversation. Said she will check with her boss call me back. Oh you can guess if she called. This company has no respect for their customers. I will be sending out to everyone I know to never use this company.

I rented a cargo van to drive to St.Louis and back. There was a issue that was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business and the staff was great.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. This Enterprise location is absolutely the best. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. Super clean cars and great selection. If they don't have what you're looking for in the lot. They will go out of there way to get what you want. I definitely will be renting from this place again.

Enterprise over delivered for my rental needs. I compared truck rates to numerous rental companies. Not only was Brad able to get me best rate, he was very professional and quick to answer all questions. He went over the whole truck and how it operates. Brad provided tips on driving a commercial truck and even offered to set up the bluetooth for my phone. He really defined customer service. Enterprise will be my only choice now!

They were nice enough but would nag to get car back & rewrite rental agreement to their benefit. After 44 days I did and switched to Budget. Budget was far cheaper, $1300 vs $3000 for same time & much much better car that was solid, didn't sound & maneuver like the junk I was given. Didn't have to come all way back each time I needed to extend few days. Employees very nice & understand circumstances.

I just wonder do these companies honor their reservations? If they don't then why on earth they offer to make a reservation? I thought these companies are better than those of BS sixt Or even dollar. I don't know how we'll get cars next time when we need anyway good luck if you happen to need a car from them!

I wouldn't rent a car from Enterprise. The first car I picked up was so dirty I spent 1 hour cleaning it myself. (This is the day of the Covid). Then the XM radio plan I paid for wouldn't work, so I called and they had me bring the car back to trade the car in for a car where the XM radio would work. The second car was a little cleaner, but not much. I then spent 30 minutes cleaning this car up. I drove the car one way and to make matters worse Enterprise charged me $300 for a one way fee. Even their own Employee thought I was price gouged! Then when I told him about the filth of the car he was really appalled. For a positive note, when I've picked up Enterprise Cars at airports the cars are usually tip top. It seems to be the small dealers in the Chicago Suburbs that have a problem.

The reservation process was very good, it was the actual rental experience that was horrible. When I went to pick up the F-150 I had reserved a very abrasive young man with enough attitude for several people told me that they didn't have the F-150 I had reserved and he didn't really care.When I asked about getting one from another branch he said no. When I asked him what he proposed to do instead he told me I had a choice between a SUV and a minivan.I said I needed the capacity of the F-150 which is why I had reserved it and he told me my only choices were the SUV, which I rejected since I was already driving one and the minivan. When I asked if the seats were removed I was told they fold flat, I asked to see it and said I wasn't sure it would fit what I had to move and he essentially said tough, that's your only choice.When I asked about a discount for not having what I rented he actually had the audacity to tell me that he planned to charge me what ever the rental charge was, I said I wouldn't pay more than the rental of the pickup truck I had reserved.Barely fit the cabinets in and had minor damage to them. Don't trust the reservation you make to be what end up with. Bait & switch! Customer service is non-existent and the attitude of the staff makes me wonder if they are trying to run the branch out of business.Consider renting from other companies that actually honor their reservations and when there is a problem actually try to resolve it rather than compounding it.
