I brought my phone in to the shop and within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose that it was a digital display issue. “They do tougher jobs too!I came in with my laptop and a replacement keyboard, a tough model to work with where you have to remove basically all the innards (battery, motherboard, etc.) just to replace a keyboard. He had it done in a few hours, and for a very fair price. Everything was perfect.I've had horror stories with simpler jobs at other local places, but this exceeded expectations, in quality and turnaround time.”

“I have never given a review before, but the honesty, advise and practical approach I received at Tech City is definitely worth my time to tell its potential customers about.I have a mini iPhone 12 which has numerous cracks in the back even tho I have an OtterBox case (that's a whole other story). I was advised by At&T to go to UBreakIfix, they quoted me a price of $400 to repair the phone. Chadi from Tech City looked at the phone and quoted a price of 37% of the other quote.But, Chadi then told me that if I put some tape on the back it will be fine. So instead of spending $400, it cost me two cents for tape. It is something in this day and age to have an honest approach to business. Hats off to Tech City, job well done. I will always be a customer.”

“I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about this business. They were assigned to fix a warranty claim on a brand new LG TV. Dimitri was excellent in repairing my TV. As soon as the part came in from LG he was over the next day to install it. He ended up fixing the TV on my bed as that was the best place to safely work on the big screen. The TV worked for a few hours and then was back to same issue. He was back the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad panel instead of a faulty motherboard. LG sent a new panel and once again the day after it arrived he was at my place to swap it out while a blizzard raged outside.”

“A Plus does a really nice job. My 10 year old Samsung Plasma TV just stopped working. Gustavo, the owner, personally came to pick it up…. he had it for about a week, waiting for the part. He just dropped it off, got it back on my wall bracket and it’s back to working. If you’re in Mt. Prospect or the surrounding towns I highly recommend them.”
