I was very fortunate to meet Tony and be his client for years, until it wasn't "fit" any longer for his schedule. I was transferred to another location, with different representstive, in away town without my knowledge ( supposedly letters were sent to our address about it -with thousands of other paper communication and advertising from Edward Jones. No phone calls). His previous BOA was fantastic, knowledgeable person who.was always on top of things. New one will most likely talk over you, without any hesitation - disrupt you, neither listen to the needs or questions you might have to an office you picked as a CLIENT. Point taken. Edward Jones is definitely going down as an Investment Company. Time to look for something "more fitting" for my needs and schedule.
