Saw all the reviews and ratings and decided to come here from the city. Well worth it. Disappointed at the corporate level (two different wheels I selected were shown in stock- one ended up being discontinued and the other was not being manufactured currently). Despite this, Jacob and Andy were super helpful answering questions and got me set up with other wheels and tires. They were great. Service was quick. Their time estimate was spot on . Would definitely come back.

This place is fantastic. It is rare to be impressed by customer service, they did it! The service is great and I was in and out quickly. I used to get my tires from my auto shop, but from now on, I'm going here!

We got a flat tire on the way to Wisconsin and this was the closest tire shop to get a new tire. The service was incredible and we were in and out in less than an hour! We had both of our small kids with us and they made sure to get us in quick and it was very much appreciated! Kevin at the front desk was exceptional!

I purchased a set of tires a week ago. Less than a week old one of my tires had a bolt flatten the tire. We brought the car to the store to fix the tire, but the tire was not fixable. I was upset that a six-day old tire could not be repaired. As I was arguing with Discount Tires my wife had stop me to tell me that they are going to replace the tire at no cost which I misunderstood.
Within hours they located a replacement tire and in a few short minutes at the store they had the tire mounted and sent me on my way. I did not expect this level of customer service. It is extremely hard to find great customer service these days. Andy has been taking care of us for years, and this time he went way above and beyond!! Thanks to Andy and Discount Tires for taking such great care of us!!!

I had a flat tire and Kevin took care of me and had it fixed in a timely manner without an appointment. What a great experience. He is very good with customers and a definite asset to Discount Tires. It started with a simple tire check because something just didn’t seem right when I was driving. Turns out the front two tires were completely bald. Yikes!

Almost every time I go to discount tire they never set my tire pressure properly. Today one of my rear tires was off by 8psi… I asked the person who helped me if I should pull up to the air check area and he said no your good to go.

Great customer service! This is the only place I will buy tires. I love that you don't even have to be a customer for them to repair (if it's repairable) a flat for free. They IMO have the best road hazard warranty in the business. Depending on the price of the tires you buy, for about $20/tire (varies depending on tire) you get a road hazard certificate that for the legal tread life repairs or replaces blown tires.

Been here a whole hour for my appointment and the haven’t done a thing to my car. Very disappointed with their response to time management. Im going to look for another alternative next time! Being coming here for 7 years. No more!
