While I was very happy with the attention I got from a CVS associate today, I was equally disappointed in the 30% rate hike in the Neutrogena product that I have bought for years at CVS. I wonder if CVS has done anything to maintain affordable prices for its customers. It's hard to imagined that since last year there would have been a logistical reason for a hike like that. I will look for other products or other vendors, or simply go without, as my income has not increased to keep pace with this kind of increase.

It is unfortunate that in the world of pharmacies today, there is a national shortage of pharmacists and pharmacy techs, so that helps me to be patient and supportive when most pharmacies are currently understaffed and overworked....a result of the tough COVID period we all experienced.I have been using this particular pharmacy and have always had a good experience there. End of story.

So-so! Good for a quick visit on the way to somewhere but nothing special about the inventory or service. Actually, I always prefer the self checkout because there’s no one available to help anyway.

Very poor service. I will never go back to this location. I called for covid test and spoke to someone and was told to come by 2pm. I came earlier bec I saw they have a 1pm slot available online BUT to my disappointment I was push away. I was really feeling so uncomfortable with my colds, headache and body aches and will be pushed away. NEVER AGAIN will consider this location. Staff needs to be trained for better customer service. No denial of service.

Hi my name is Troy Whitlow and the pharmacy person name is Teresa O. I went to get my Prescription filled on October 5th at the Mount Prospect location because Buffalo Grove and Arlington heights stores didn't have my medication at therelocation. But to make a long story short. They gave a partial of my Prescription and told me to come back for the remaining on the 8th of October and they still didn't have it, come back on the 10, still not ready, come back on the 13th, still not ready, come back on the 15, so I said okay. So when I came back on October 10th. The young lady asked who told you that your Prescription would be ready 10? but I couldn't remember the young lady name? So I said she was Asian. Do you know today when I went back over there to the Pharmacy the Asian girl which is Theresa O. goes off on me about calling her the Asian girl? Well she wasn't a black girl or white girl but an Asian girl.I didn't remember her name tag so I figured we could narrow it down to the Asian girl. There was no kinda of disrespect at all, because she was the one who said that it would be ready on that date the 10th of October, which wasn't the truth. So instead of her being concerned about customers satisfaction, she was more concerned about me describing her as Asian. So I'm reaching out to Management because I didn't like the way she approached me with a bad attitude and talking loud to me. She needs some Coaching. I don't think I'll be visiting that Pharmacy at that store again after my business is finished on Sunday. I'm a 6 year Army Veteran and I don't think that she ( Teresa O.) defines who and what CVS stands for? There are some Bad attitudes at that Pharmacy located in that Mount Prospect, IL store. Hopefully ?it will be ready by Sunday October the 15th. I don't like that location, avoid if you can. The Pharmacy only and her name is Teresa O.

Made an appointment on Friday the 13th to get the vaccine on Monday the 16th at 5:30 and they did not have any left and they could not find my information on the computer. Walgreens here I come.

Horrible service. You walk into this pharmacy and it is like walking into a 3rd world country. We were trying to get a prescription filled from pharmacies around us after my wife had surgery. Finally this pharmacy had the medication that we needed. I got to the pharmacy only to be told "our system is down - we can't sell it to you." There was not so much as a sorry and pharmacy staff wouldn't even walk to the counter or make eye contact - one just kept typing away and the other just continued to sort. At least man up and come to the counter to talk to someone rather than hide in the back like a scared child. I didn't want to come here because of previous experiences but they are the only ones that had the medication that we needed. It's amazing what the last three years has done - we have turned into a 3rd world country with all kinds of "supply chain" problems. Yet, we can role out the clot shot and push 6 boosters on people without a problem...

Pharmacy is super incompetent. Tried gaslighting me into thinking that my prescription had always been $100. It was never $100. They just don’t know how apply the insurance discounts. Just tried calling to refill my prescription and no one ever picked up after 10+ minutes.

Sweta is the best! I can not thank her enough for everything she did to help me get my medication. They have a new system where they have to order certain medications from a central location. This ABSOLUTLEY sucks!!! The system caused me to laps in receiving my medications. My medication was supposed to be next day and it hadn't even shipped when I was supposed to receive it. If it wasn't for the time and energy the team put into helping me, I would no longer be a CVS customer. To be clear, the 5 stars is for Sweta!!!
