Simply the very worst. They handle Wellcare part D prescriptions. I have only been using them for a short time with Medicare. They dont get anything done correctly. From cancelling prescriptions to I believe fraud on senior citizens refill charges. My quotes for 2 of my prescriptions were 5 times higher than quoted. Completely incompetent.

I worked for Caremark before the merger. Let alone I was fired while experiencing a major medical condition, the day I was fired the manager and HR manager told me that not one person in the building liked me

I had horrible experience, to say the least. They mailed me a prescription order without my consent and charged me THREE TIMES of what I pay at my local CVS pharmacy. I called and talked to several people in their pharmacy department to find out why the medication was filled and mailed to me without my consent. They said since the doctor ordered the medication they have the right to fill it and send it and charge me for it without getting my permission first. They refused to refund me the money and or charge me the same amount I pay at my local CVS pharmacy. I am not sure why I am paying for a product I didn't consent to receive from the pharmacy. My advice to anyone reading this would be to not let them keep a credit card on file for them to charge you without your consent. CVS Caremark is a disgrace to all of the other honest pharmacy services out there. Shame on you CVS Caremark! I will never have any prescription filled by you again.

Extremely rude security..I needed a direct number to get ahold of a certain department and they rudely cut me off and transferred me without explaining anything. Sad to see professionalism so hard to come by these days....

Tried to get a hold of WellCare out of curtsey because I am dropping their plan in 2022 Jan 1st. Could not understand anyone, all outsourced and I almost sent a note to the wrong address since I couldn't understand the two people I was speaking to. Wait for 20 minutes on hold. I guess all companies are outsourcing all customer service departments to foreign countries to save money. What a shame! They will not allow you to email them to drop service you must fax or mail how archaic can you get. I did get pretty good service throughout the year but it was all automatic reorder not difficult and all tier 1. You need to make communication easier not harder WellCare !

My situation was strange with dealing with Aetna-CVS Caremark.8/5/21- I called the prescriptions dept concerned about an uusually high price for my Januvia. While trying to understand this "Gap in coverage" fiasco, I was asked about an mail order for my insulin. I had placed no such order, but was immediately told it would be delivered Monday, and this was Thursday. I asked WHO ordered mail in services( certainly I didn't) I was told my doctor's office had ordered. I grabbed my mobile phone and called them and they were adamanat( even nervous sounding) that they had not done such a thing. Back to Caremark, I told them what was said and then they say I certainly had to be the one who ordered. No way! I was adamant and then they said oh the local pharmacy "transferred" my prescription. Without my knowledge? I asked them to cancel and they said they couldn't it was already shipped out-then they asked "Did you get it are you saying you didn't get it? I say today is Thursday, you said MONDAY! Are you saying you didn't get it was all this person would say. Now I'm coming down the steps opening my front door and low and behold........a package sitting 95 degrees, direct sun! Yes I GOT IT! No one had knocked,or waited to make sure package was ok, no kind of accountability, supposedly delivered by UPS. Sadly it doesn't stop there. Luckily insulin appeared to still be cold. I did ask for a label to return it because I DO NOT WANT mail in service, even though it cost less. Afraid that I may not get the situation straighten out in time for my new prescription, I decided to keep this medication and just cancell out any further mail in. Going through H-E-L-L-. But it is not all Caremark. Anyway, no one seems to have a correct address for me to mail the payment. ( if I live that long, Lord, please keep me until January 1-new medicare plan PLEASE!

Very bad place to work with. Crooked management, poisoned workplace, management manipulate employees performance report, too much favoritism. Team leads behavior is very rude to employees. Management give bonus to only to their friends and relatives. Ethics and policies only in papers, zero ethics in reality. Stay away from this CVS branch.

It has been very challenging to participate in CVS Caremark MailService Pharmacy's program. Very friendly and compassionate individuals answer the phone and want to help. However, since late December until late January I received NO help. I was sent to CVS's WellCare tech support to resolve the issue. They told me CVS Caremark's Tech support were responsible to resolve my issue (an unappreciated ping-pong game was played - at MY expense - over several days by both Tech support teams. Who solved the problem? - NEITHER of them. Calling individuals at each facility was also very challenging! Using the email option at each facility was also very challenging. Phone numbers of messages on my cell phone resulted in getting no where! Trying to get back to the named individual who left the message never was possible. One person, One person during those 30 days of calling, etc. - I wish I had her name!! - said they could fix the problem immediately. And they did! Within 7 days I had my medications arriving at my home (WOW)! Unfortunately, in the meantime I had to pay almost $150 to get my needed medications at a CVS pharmacy. NOTE: I changed from 3 stars to 2 stars after writing about my experiences! P.S. I NEVER got the help to be able to access their website! Through 30+ days of fiddling around I resolved/solved the problem!

I have been on the phone for well over 30 minutes, getting transferred around about a package I received that did not belong to anyone at my AL facility. It has a previous residents name on it. But, I am being told they have no record of said person in their system. Then asked me what the medications were. I told them I had not opened the package due to it not belonging to me. Basically they said there is nothing they can do for me, since I no longer had this persons DOB, or know what the meds are. I stated to them that I reached their number by tracing back the return address. To which they still state they have no record of this person. They also said they could not give me the number to who they were transferring me to like they normally would because they can not verify the account? What a joke...
