I have seen people at this Costco misuse biometric and financial data to harass another customer I didn't know at the checkout register. They did it to me, too, but can't remember if it was Schaumburg, Mt. Prospect, or another state.

I love to shop in this store. They have good quality stuff and inexpensive compare to any store. We buy most of our groceries in this store and furniture. The clearance sale is a plus! They have all the things you need.

Great Costco location! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Specifically Erica, John, Deon, and Cameron. We purchased stamps at self check out and forgot to get them at the pick up spot in the front. They all helped orchestrate the store opening just past closing in order to get us our stamps before we drove back to the city. Such superb costumer service!! We will be back to this location for that reason! Well done ??

there are huge lanes for check out compared to Sam's club with scan and go app I wish Costco had it

What is the point of the guy touching all my stuff at the exit if you're not making sure that my receipt is correct? I bought two different drink cases but the cashier scanned one twice and I ended up paying more. Costco doesn't have their priorities straight. Instead of making me feel like I'm in a penitentiary by checking my card when entering, asking for my card AND id at checkout then having some dude manhandle my purchase at exit, Costco should focus on making sure their cashiers and staff are awake enough to work the line. When I called to try to have this taken care of, I was placed on hold and subsequently hung up on. Their gasoline is the only reason to keep a membership.

Greg, the customer service worker who signs up new members was screaming at me to upgrade to the executive membership. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I expected more from Costco. I have never called out employees by name but this was way past acceptable.
Then the manager who recognized the tense situation came over to lighten the mood but he kept pushing for more products to upsell the membership.
