Very bad experience. Especially with manager Eve, she can't organize work well. The tellers sitting doing nothing, playing phones having one person in 20 -30 min show up . The same time Eve not permit the teller, who able to open CD to serve the client.So the people have to sit and wait for hours, because bankers are " not available ". Worst service I ever experienced with chase.

Tellers are the front line in the front office, they must have sufficient information to answer questions. They must get proper training in bank products & services. Do not give wrong info to clients, and do not block the road. if you don’t know then don’t answer. even after she checked with her supervisor the last one also does not know .. This is the biggest effect to the bank’s reputation. I request to talk to the Branch Assistant Manager to solve my problem. It took 20 Min from my time to meet her cos she was busy with vault cash transactions, but she was knowledge, professional and very helpful. Am happy to meet her and she handles in a proper banker way. Thanks again to the branch Assistant Manager. One day you will be the Head for sure.

Trust me. Very poor service. Will get your account in jeopardy and still promise you that they are taking care of it. To access lockers/ safe deposit box must wait up to 40 minutes.

After having a negative experience at another branch we were ready to leave Chase bank as a whole. This branch redeemed itself and provided an amazing experience. A teller who I believe was named “Art”, was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Will be coming back!

Please, do yourself a favor and do not bank here. Now it has been a 3rd time when I came to this branch for a simple task to have an account transferred after my mother passed. Because of one excuse or another, I was still sent home and asked to come back. The worst. Complete lack of empathy and accountability!! I’m still grieving and the “Private client” bankers here always blame some other Chase branch for not being able to complete my transaction. And I still need to come back to have this done. I can’t stand it.

Compared to other people’s reviews on this branch, my experience was ok, did my business and everything was fine. There could be a line sometimes but it’s not that long of a wait.

My recent experience at this particular location was nothing short of disappointing. The staff's behavior was abysmal, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and a stunning ignorance of their own establishment's rules and regulations.In particular, my interaction with one of the tellers named Sana(or Sara, didn't see her full name on the batch, tall lady, long dark hair), was a complete nightmare. She exuded a level of unpleasantness and rudeness that was entirely uncalled for. It left me questioning why she had chosen a career in customer service in the first place.

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and they don’t even know their bank rules and regulations. I had an encounter with with one of the tellers Ms. S (won’t spell out her full name) . She was very vey unpleasant and rude to me for no reason. This branch needs serious attention from corporate but apparently JP Morgan Chase don’t care and they won’t do anything about it to serve it’s customers better, all they care is making profits. The branch manager pretends to be nice but he is NO help at all, how he became manager is baffling to me…he doesn’t even know his own bank policies!!!. After this I’m moving my business account to another bank. I was thinking of transferring all my other bank accounts to Chase but after this unprofessional encounter I completely changed my mind about Chase Bank. All I can say is CHASE BANK DO BETTER! You want our hard earned money but we get nothing in return. I can’t say all branches are the same but this one in particular needs a closer look from upper management. Will NEVER go back to Chase Bank. Never! Never! Never! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect.
