Chase calls 30 minutes prior to closing the branch to pick up the debit card, the person who called said they can shred it if I cannot come pick it up and have it rushed within 2 to 3 business days and when spoke to the manager Shivani was completely careless to any human inconvenience and like a robot kept repeating the policy and no attitude towards understanding the customer who has been giving the business for over 2 decades. Both could have heard that I was in an meeting that I am running but both tone and tonality was like this is the policy and absolutely no empathy towards someone's job! I really hope that chase updates their policy or at least hire humans who has compassion and empathy when they speak to people at that to at Manager level. What's wrong with these people who does not understand although can hear clearly that someone is working and call literally 30 minutes prior to branch closing!

Unlike what some people are saying on here, this Chase location is one of the most attentive, friendly, and professional branches I've ever been too. And to address other reviews...1. They DO have after hours atms (you have to use your debit card to get in, theres a slot to the left of the entrance where you put it in and then you pull on the door to open it and get inside)2. Even when customers are screaming and swearing at the people who work here they are professional and even apologized to me for what happened even though they didn't do anything wrong. Theres always gonna be "Karens" in the world3. I clearly love my local Chase bank and cannot say enough good things about them. I'll never bank anywhere else. Love love love Chase!

I have been a Chase customer for many years. I never had an issue with customer service at any branch until I visited this Mount Prospect facility. Stay away from this branch. The manager and employees at this facility are very disrespectful to customers.

I’ve been a Chase customer for decades and will continue to be. However it seems to be very poor planning to open a new facility without outdoor or drive up ATM services. The idea of having separate ATMs several blocks away from this facility will likely be a huge inconvenience to customers. Naturally when people are driving on Northwest Highway and see a Chase facility, they’ll expect ATM services to be available. That’s what happened to me today, only to be very frustrated to find none. This arrangement is even worse than the facility at Euclid and Route 83 which has a very small and awkward parking lot.Hopefully these two locations aren’t indicative of future Chase facilities.
