Busse Auto has a long history of serving the community with honest service at a fair price. Whereas at the dealership they might tell me I need something new without even realizing I just replaced it, I know I can trust that the guys at Busse are not trying to rip us off. Mark and Chad Busse are both well-respected and run a great business.

I got their #5 interior detailing. The car looks amazing! The windshield is so clean that brake lights from cars in front of my were blinding. Would definitely recommend.

I scuffed someone's bumper, so he took it to J.R. Auto Collision (Arlington Heights) first and they wanted to charge $760 for the paint and other trumped up damages. This shop only charged $40! They were honest and fair when the first shop just wanted to take advantage of me, knowing I had no choice but to pay whatever the quote was. I am so extremely grateful, nearly in tears. I have gone to Busse several times. They are not close to my home so I have others have been seriously disappointed and ripped out. I never going anywhere else anymore. They are fantastic, friendly, They listen, they have reasonable prices. I have never walked away without feeling good about the money I paid. They simply offer everything the dealerships won't or dont.Services: General repairs & maintenance
