Trying to get ahold over the phone for a half hour and it hangs up after 2 minutes and it says online that it's less busy than usual during the time im calling I'm taking time out of my schedule to get ahold to make an appointment for very important things and they cant even answer they are the worst bank ever was better when it wasn't bank of America

Disgusting service ! As if I came to their house , they were not allowed to go inside , stopped at the door , said about the issue with the address on card , they told me to change online , I told them that online gives an error , they said we can 't help with anything )

ATM ate my credit card. I went inside to tell a worker and she was very rude and just said go on the app, claim it as lost and order a replacement card. I have to have a major inconvenience in my life and go to my bank and change my auto because their ATMs are bad

Stop by to the bank to change coins for bills for my business and as I was walking in this woman was outside the bank as soon she saw me she walk in to the bank I even hold the door for her so she can come in. I put the firs step in the bank she say what can I help you and I turn because she was behind me and I told her for what was there and she goes oh no we need to count the money and deposit to ur account and that takes 2 to 3 days you need it for personal or business? and I said , no I need the bills for my business and the coin are already rolled. And then she goes oh ok so I walk to desk but still she was walking behind me , and again she told me you need a deposit slip and told her one more time that I’m not going to deposit anything This time that I need the bills . she basically was harassing me, told her if you guys can’t do it I go to another bank .. she was making faces.. like if I was asking for money I have my personal account for many years in this place, she want me to one way or other to deposit the money . I didn’t catch her name , but she has blond hair, any banking associate have the right to make anyone feel that way . And just for that attitude I’m goin to close my account ..

They acting like doing something and says they are busy that I have make an appointment for another day. But I was there about 20 minutes and watched them that they are busy with nothing. Bank of America was good before but not now.

Waited 30 min to deposit a check with only 2 people in front of me. At least 6 people walked past without offering help. When asked for help was told to wait.. only 1 teller window. Absolutely terrible. Closing my account!!

They don't even answer the phone. Hey no different than other banks. And yes when I called they were open! This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with over my 75 years. BTW This bank has only one teller.Good luck. Looking for a new bank!

The worst branch of BOA I have ever been to. I tried to call there 4 times and they never answered the phone. Very poor customer service. Actually NO customer service. To be clear this is the Mount Prospect branch.

Used to be a good place but now its just a mess. They dont wanna help their customers,all they do is somehow push customers to call BofA representative or do it online.. there is a reason why u guys sitting at your branch and please just do your job.

Despite having identification to withdraw from my business account, the Teller did not hide the fact that she thought I was illegally trying to withdraw from a account that was not mine. Upsetting, but however, I’m not surprised.

I applied for car loan last Friday at BoA, Elmhurst Rd. Mt. Prospect, IL. location. Thay told me within 24 hrs I would receive an answer by phone about approval and interst rate. I am a proud holder of nearly perfect FICO 775. Today is Monday, 16.35 pm and the bank is closed already for the day. There is no answer from the BoA.What a shameful, and disgraceful costumer treatment.
