Jose did an amazing job fixing the AC in my car, and was so patient with me after advance auto parts sold me 2 defective compressors. He worked with me until we got my car fixed and never gave up. He is very trustworthy and does not over charge for repairs like most places. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix my car. He is a great mechanic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their car repaired. He is your guy!

I’ve been going to auto service pros as soon as they opened. I was Recommended by a friend of mine to go to his brothers auto place because when I went to the Toyota dealership where I originally got my car, the mechanics there kept on telling me there was something wrong with my car and I didn’t understand why every time I went something that happened or I needed to get something fixed. My parents have always told me to go to the dealership to get any kind of maintenance done on my car or get items fixed. I know I’m an easy target because I’m a female that knows absolutely nothing about cars
I couldn’t see my friends brother, Because he was super busy. so I looked across the street and I found Auto Service Pros.
Jose (the owner) is absolutely amazing. He always helps me with any kind of issue I’ve ever had with my car. He’s also gone to great lengths to help me with any of my needs. He even went with me to go looking for a car! And help me find prices and negotiate for me.
He gives me his expertise and any kind of question that I have he answers in a way I actually understand.
Unlike other mechanics, he doesn’t rob you and is actually honest. Jose tells you exactly what’s wrong with your car And what needs immediate fixing versus what you can work on overtime.
Yesterday my car died in a parking garage in the city and mind you his shop is in Mount Prospect and when I called him for guidance on what he thought might be the issue he offered to come get me!!! I declined as I have AAA and they handled the situation. (It turns out I left the battery on) but the fact that he offered around traffic hour in the city was beyond me of how kind and what he does to go above and beyond for his customers.
I highly recommend Auto service pros and Jose! I now have my mom, sister AND dad go to Jose and I can’t express enough how grateful I have a reliable mechanic.

Jose is very knowledgeable and does not try to sell you what you don't need. He says your vehicle will be ready a certain time and never fails to deliver. I cone here for all my automotive and maintenance needs.
