My father bought 2 vehicles from this location and they were bad. Both of them didn't pass emissions test and need more than $2,000.00 in repairs.

Saw a car I liked but after driving it and taking it over to inspect. The engine light came on and threw up some major codes. So, beware they clear codes here. Also, the owner tried to show me a vin report and said nothing is wrong with it. But I had just pulled a report myself and it showed a accident on record. So, I say pass on this place. Note, the repair shop is not affiliated with the used car place and the repair guys were very helpful.

I got a mustang from them years back from they’re round lake beach location, but they disappeared. And I saw they’re new mount prospect location and I had to say something, they finance me a 2001 mustang for 8000 and they said it was perfect condition , I researched vin then I found out it was in a wreak and the passenger and driver died in it and they just buffed it out and needed 4000$ in repairs, luckily I threaten to sue them and I got my money back. So don’t go here please

DAN IM ONE OF THE WORKERS FOR AUTO FIN AUTO i WAS AWARE OF THE SITUATION THAT HAPPENED WE ARE SORRY THAT WE COUNT COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON THE PRICE. ALSO WHEN YOU MENTIONED THE LIGHTS IT MADE ME CONFUSED I DONT KNOW WEATHER OR NOT THE LIGHTS WHERE ERASED BUT ONES THING IS FOR-SURE. IF IT WAS US WE WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN YOU THE CHANCE TO TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT. ALSO THE REPORT THE OWNER WAS SHOWING YOU WAS THE CAR FAX HE SHOWED IT TO YOU WITH THE INTENTION THAT YOU WOLD BE ACKNOWLEDGED ON THE PRICE THAT CAR FAX WAS VALUING IT AS.

Made a poor decision to buy a used car. Its been more than 6 months i havent got my certificate and title. The car i bought had few issues and i was made to shuttle between their mechanic center at Waukegan and the one here. It would advise anyone not to make any hasty decision as i did rethink twice.

The owner is the cheater. I needed a car for a year and bought a car from this shop. The owner offered he will buy back after one year with the same price as the KBB. I called a year after but he said KBB price is insane and not going to buy back anyhow. am suffered by this swindler. Guess any other service this shop providing would be deceiving us..

I went in because I saw a truck that I liked.. wanted to see the inside and take it for a test drive. Well the guy in the office was so rude when I asked him the price... and after I said ouch the price is a bit high, but I still would like to take it for a test drive... he said well if u dont like the price then there's ok reason for you to take it for a test drive. I then said you know what your right and walked out.. I wanted nothing to do with him nor the business. Terrible attitude. I mean wouldn't u want to sell your cars? And by the way they where over 3000 on the truck. Found a couple trucks same year. With lower millage for 3000 less... so they are trying to cheat you. I'll never come back ..

Don't go to this dealer. They will steal money from you. Don't trust that Raul guy. They sell cars that are already messed up. But deny everything and say that the car is in perfect shape.

The truth is that I do not recommend that you buy a car in this place. I made an application and they ended up scamming me to avoid problems, friends, a very bad experience.
