Unprofessional and manipulative. Working outside of contract for 1099. Very high turnover rate. Period. Reviews are paid for or engineers. Biggest joke of all is that its very industrial hidden away by "millionaires". Kids in the office and no one has any masks on. Clowns.

I was kind of skeptical with having someone come into my home! However Zach Rivas made sure to excuse my “in the middle of construction” house as well as my kids that were acting like screaming monkeys. He was very kind and made sure we understood everything that was being explained! I feel Zach is very passionate about his job and we look forward to meeting with him again in the near future to discuss more of our options! Kudos to AIL, for my representative Marketta Ellis! She delivered/discussed in great detail my union benefits. Marketta was personable, professional, and charismatic. The initial conversation with Marketta today was truly a refreshing experience.

It’s a scam don’t let the fans reviews they do on their own scam you. This is all a scam no real money. Forgets to tell you that you have to pay tax on all the money you make and take months to pay up. Simple it’s a scam lol. Their manager is a joke and their whole AIL is a joke. I left there and now make 100k a year. Don’t waste your time.

Zach Rivas was wonderful! He thoroughly explained everything and it’s an incredible deal! He even came by twice so I could get my nephew and niece set up with life insurance policy for only $24 every 3 months- for both! I referred him to another person and they said he was great! He’s very personable and kind. I highly recommend everyone get their children the safety kits. Definitely worth the time. I’m very grateful how Zach was able to work with my hectic schedule and get my nephew and niece all set up. Never mind 5 stars...Zach gets a 10!
