I had a very good experience with the store manager, who helped me with my issues and he also borrowed me the air compressor to solve my problem so i can get home and minus 30f below. He was friendly, so I'd like to highly recommend this location.

This young man, unfortunately I didn't get his name (shorter guy wearing a trapper hat) changed my battery in the snow, all while in a good mood. They really should put in a bay for these guys.

Recently I ordered a battery & wipers online & came here to have them installed. Needless to say there was a few hiccups (not the stores fault) but Jake went above & beyond to help me get everything sorted out. All the employees here are usually very nice & helpful which is why I choose to come here because this isn't always the case at other auto shops. Jake thanks again for all your help, MVP!

It is good place to go if you need to changed batteries . They willing to install too which is so good spacial when is bellow 0 or very hot like outside today. Very helpful people.

Bad service. Went in to buy a new battery, and the guy at the counter didn't want to install the battery in the car. He claimed that it was not accessible but there was nothing obstructing the battery and was just a regular battery swap. Why offer free installation if the crew doesn't want to do it. I was the only one in the store, so they weren't busy yet they didn't want to install battery

Jake was friendly, helpful and changed my battery quickly and got me out there in no time. And this was with a person on break, one helping another and at least 5 customers that was in and out during this time. Would come back again to have their assistance

Jake was a treasure throve of information, he directed me to a decent mechanic that didn't rip me off like my previous one that charged me $7.75 for a gallon of regular gas, 35 dollars for their mistake of not putting a clip on their installed gas line. He worked with both myself and David, the mechanic, to get a solution for my car problem. A place to definitely go to for all your vehicle needs!

I came in with a car that would barely start. After over an hour of looking around and scanning my car, the only problem was a chewed wire. The team here went ABOVE and BEYOND to diagnose the problem and tell me exactly what to do to fix it. Not to mention, it was about 30 degrees and windy, yet they stood outside the whole time helping me. Thank you guys so much!

Don't drop your outbound UPS packages here. Jack said they did their part (scan package) and it's between you and UPS what happens to the package. UPS stops by everyday but my package sat here for 3.5 days until I took it back?! Oh they wanted to keep the package here and insisted that UPS will pick it up bec they scanned it. Take your packages to the UPS store. I wouldn't trust this place for inbound packages also.
