I think I’ve found my local go-to repair shop - was my first visit but happy with results so far - friendly service, did work as stated for price quoted, evaluated check engine light code and made future repair recommendations without being pushy - positive experience :)
Have returned to A&A multiple times since post above - As a single vehicle household, I feel confident bringing my car to A&A - service is straightforward and friendly - not only do I return when my car needs service, I recommend A&A to anyone in the area that I know is looking for service as well

I always feel like Joe (and his staff) go above and beyond to make sure they get to the root of any car troubles I've had. I trust them 100%. They also offer a rewards program allowing me to save a little money here and there. I love everything about this place!

I'm broke down, 250 miles from home, on the side of I65 S. 38 miles from Indianapolis...
I'm in the dark, waiting for a tow truck, and trying to figure out why?
My vehicle sprayed out all of the oil, and this is less than 3 days after getting it checked out by the owner of A&A Complete Auto Repair who said " I had my guys check it out and everything looks fine" "No Worries " ... Said Joe the Owner,

Never take your car to this shop. I found out they replace my car break pads with defected bread pads with out informing me. I will give them negative review.

Never have I written a negative review. I have to write this one. Service needed to replace water pump and timing chain. Two weeks later I get my 2007 Lincoln Mkx back.Next day, back to A&A for check engine light timing code. I was told after resetting code “let’s see if it works itself out”. Had to know problem exists. Returns vehicle back to me. The first highway drive later, engine seizes. Back to A&A for diagnosis to find crankshaft bearings burned due to lack of oil flow. Workshop manual states “ CAUTION cleanliness is extremely important! Any foreign material that enters oil passages, cooling passages, or oil pan can cause ENGINE FAILURE. This happened. I can’t prove it. Better yet Joe, prove me wrong. Although labor intensive, not a difficult task to perform.Attention to detail, or in this case, lack of it cost me an engine/vehicle. You have a choice when in need of a shop. Pass on this one. No acknowledgment of fault.No responsibility ever expressed to customer. I hold Joe Dattolo and his shop personnel responsible for my loss.

Had a low tire pressure indicator on my dash today and called to see if they could clear it for me. Nick told me I could come right over. He checked and adjusted the air pressure in all my tires and didn't charge me anything. A&A truly cares about their customers and it shows. Much appreciated!Service: Tires
