I’m from out of town and was in town for work all week, I was able to stumble on this gym and had an amazing workout, along with GREAT/OUTSTANDING customer service. Woodie was amazing and I’m grateful.

Really nice equipment, tanning beds and spa. We like working out here alot.

This is a great gym to achieve your fitness goals. The owners are great and passionate about fitness. The gym has a great atmosphere and is not intimidating at all.
