“We were visiting over the weekend and got two nails in our tire right as we came into town. We didn't realize until morning when our tire was completely flat Friday morning, Bud's was gracious enough to squeeze us in that day, and although the tire wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced, they patched us up for free so we could get somewhere that had a tire in stock. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A truly five star experience!”

“As the title says, they do qualify engine work. They completely rebuilt my Ford flathead v8. Not too many places know how to work on flatheads. The plane was owner, Jan, will do whatever it takes to make it right. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business.”
“Woke up Thursday morning while staying at Quality Inn to find flat tire on the trailer, thank goodness across the street was Neal's. They took the wheel off found the air leaking out the valve stem. “My daughters and I were on a road trip when our car had immediate mechanical needs. We were able to roll our car into the Steve Schmitt GMC dealership. We were greeted by Trevor (sales) who was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable. The service department was closed for the night, however Trevor informed me that someone from the service department would contact me in the morning. Just as promised Ray (service) contacted me early in the morning. He was friendly and made a space for our car to be seen that day. I had to call back at one point and spoke to Rhonda, another AMAZING employee. If you are looking for a place that is customer friendly then this is the place to go. The one thing I would caution you on is the cost. We appreciated the hospitality but most people would not be able to afford what we had to pay. If you have the money and want something done well with great service then you should go here. If you want something done well on your car but can't pay top dollar, go somewhere else.”

“Traveling and truck wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. After several phone calls, I spoke to Jeff at Route 66 and they were able to look at the truck as soon as I could get it towed in. Mike himself at Mikes Towing came right away and very nice and friendly. Simple fix at Route 66 and omw within 30 minutes. Best part-"NO charge"! HIGHLY recommend these guys and Mikes towing! “While returning to ********* from an early winter camping vacation in the southwest, our vehicle broke down on I-55 outside ******** late in the afternoon. We called the agricultural equipment dealer we could see in the distance, who highly recommended Aljets Automotive. We called Aljets and spoke with ***, who was sympathetic to our situation and told us if we could get to the shop they would do their best to get us back on the road. He gave us the name and number of a towing service and took our vehicle information to begin to determine the problem. While we contacted the towing service and secured the short tow for our truck and trailer to Aljets location, *** searched his sources for the anticipated repair parts nearby and made arrangements to have them delivered to the shop. The parts were waiting there when we arrived. Once he had the truck on site *** confirmed the right parts had been secured and *** jumped on the project, confirmed **** diagnosis from our phone conversation, and worked after-hours to replace the failed part. Unfortunately, the replacement part, while functional, had issues, was not up to Jims standards, and he was reluctant to send us off into the winter night with that part. He offered to drop us off at a nearby restaurant for some dinner, and ordered additional replacement parts for delivery first thing in the morning. In the morning *** installed the replacement parts, troubleshooted some error codes, and got us back on the road. Very impressive, all the way around!! Thanks, guys!!”
