Some places might have tried to take advantage of people in a tight spot far from home, but Ty Mullins gave us an extremely fair price for our vehicle, and was great to work with through the whole process. They treat people right.”

“We were visiting over the weekend and got two nails in our tire right as we came into town. We didn't realize until morning when our tire was completely flat Friday morning, Bud's was gracious enough to squeeze us in that day, and although the tire wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced, they patched us up for free so we could get somewhere that had a tire in stock. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A truly five star experience!”

“I was raised around body shops all my life, my dad owned a business in Ohio. I have taken my car to their body shop on many occasions, they know me as the bumper girl cause I’m always losing my bumpers. I’ll well my car is going back into the shop again this time not for a bumper. The work that these people do is amazing. Customer service is above and beyond, I would not recommend anybody else but them. I’ve been to a couple other body shops and as a female they tried to rip me off. I guess they didn’t realize that I knew a little bit about body work, but I can honestly say when you go there, you get an honest “Price an honest quote and the best service you could ever get you guys have me as long as I have my black beauty and you keep her looking good any other future”

“Car died on the hwy nowhere hours from home and hours from destination and in the middle of dense fog late evening. We called about possible towing and ended up getting a tow through insurance roadside assistance. Hindsight, should have used Brian's. I give 5 stars because he called us back to check on us to make sure we had something and weren't stranded. No one cares like that anymore. If I'm ever in need of his services again and am in this area, I will be calling Brian's Auto!
Update: After waiting 2 hours for insurance roadside assistance and then the told it would be another hour, canceled the tow from insurance and called Brian's. Very prompt and kind, great service!”

“Traveling and truck wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. After several phone calls, I spoke to Jeff at Route 66 and they were able to look at the truck as soon as I could get it towed in. Mike himself at Mikes Towing came right away and very nice and friendly. Simple fix at Route 66 and omw within 30 minutes. Best part-"NO charge"! HIGHLY recommend these guys and Mikes towing!
