Where is it? The closest building to that spot is the band shelter. I live here. So where is it?

Bought a book from University Book Source through Barnes & Noble and chose standard shipping. After a week, no signs of the book. I checked the BN website which listed the order as "shipped," but offered no other information. I called BN and they said that their system showed the book would arrive in 2 more weeks. University Book Source is located in IL and I'm in MI. How can standard shipping be 3 weeks long? Unacceptable!!!

This site looked promising and had very reasonable prices. I ordered a new copy of the textbook I needed for $5. Since I needed it for school, I paid an extra $8 for "Expedited Shipping", saying my order should arrive within 8-10 business days. I received an email a week after I placed my order saying that it had been shipped, but they did not send me a US Postal Service tracking number for my order. I have sent multiple emails in response and asking for my money back I have yet to hear back from them. It has been two weeks since I placed my order and I have not yet received it. When I tried calling the listed phone number, I got a strange automated message and was disconnected. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone looking to buy college textbooks. It was a huge mistake and I will never order from them again.
