After trying to order a gun from Botach tactical with horrible customer service and never receiving the item I ordered the same gun from Ratworx. I had excellent customer service both from their shipping department and the order dept.Sometimes it`s worth spending a little more to support a company that cares about the customers.I would highly recommend buying from them.

I had emailed them about 2 weeks ago inquiring about some parts that were out of stock. They had replied to my question within a day of emailing, and were very up front. Fast forward to today and they were correct. I had placed my order for the freshly stocked part and within minutes had an email asking if the alternative shipping address would be ok!These guys have great customer service, super awesome to work with!

Very pleased with Rat Worx. I bought a Barrett M82a1 from them. Had it shipped to an FFL in my area, just got the transfer done today. Don't listen to the one comment that says they screwed somebody out of a multi thousand dollar purchase. I received mine just fine. Thanks again Rat Worx. Can't wait to go try her out

These guys are unprofessional.The collective IQ of the shop is usually lower than room temperature. They put ketchup on sushi and they don’t wash their hands after using the restroom.
