Where do I begin I purchased a vehicle from Kunes country in ****** !! And started out nothing but problems to where the regional manager *********************** had to get involved along with the ** ***** ( sorry I dont remember his last name ) mind you this is all happening now at the Sterling location we got paired up with ******************!! And from literally beginning to end even with the bumps in the road they stayed true to every SINGLE WORD !!! To say that I am great full is such an understatement its unbelievable what these men have done for us and was able to get us into a newer safer vehicle that I am totally in love with !!???????????????? to say thank you is such and understatement for what these gentlemen have done for us and for that we will be forever great full to Regional Manager *********************** General Manager ***** !!! **************** ** and **** our finance manager !!! Thank you For all that you have done !!!! You are AMAZING olllo HELLO JEEP LIFE !!!!!

Talk about absolute hospitality, professionalism, speed of service, knowledge, honesty and customer service and here is your example! Vinnie in the service department was grade A! The entire team was amazing! They had all parts necessary and I feel absolutely comfortable driving my car again. I will only bring my vehicle here for service from here on out! This will also be my go to for any purchases. Thank you Kunes Group!

Low balled my trade in - wanted top $$ for there truck - Plus they want $328 thats what i said $328 for doc fee. The doc is scam ! No way should buyer have to pay it.
