Checking the seals in used transmissions (when they refuse to find a transmission for you) is "not their job."Sent me home with a dry transmission and some grinding noise that I haven't been able to get diagnosed by any other mechanics.Service: Transmission replacement

Got ripped off there back in 13. Paid $117 to have plugs put in my escape. Come to find out sometime later end was missing. Mech stated the plug under plenum chamber must be removed to access. Apparently this shop failed to do their due diligence. I have respect for the father who didn't do the work.
