All the managers quit in Mount Carmel. Princeton AZ promised to have parts sent by the next morning, ended up being almost 7 pm before the parts got there. I will use NAPA or O'Reilly's in the future

Do not buy electronics from AutoZone. They do not last! Last year I bought a starter and had it installed, two months later my truck started by itself. I had to take it back for a replacement.Now, I have an alternator that has gone bad. It was bought at AutoZone about two years ago. They conviently have no record of it. So, now I have to buy another alternator and pay to have it installed again.I won't be buying it from AutoZone.
