I was given a gate code and after entering the gate there was no number that matched the unit number I was given. After exiting the gated area I drove around the front buildings and found a unit that matched my number. Unit is nice and door worked well. I would suggest sending a map of your units with numbering system to simply finding the unit.

Dont use this storage unit as they will take your money & keep it! The worst storage place to store your things. Pay for a monthly, move out early & they dont do partial refunds. so if you move out 1 wk after you make your payment & they will keep it all! NO REFUNDS no MATTER HOW early you move out!!

In less than 3 years my rate has increased multiple times going from $98 a month to $177! This last increase is $27 a month and it was already raised twice last year.

I was a little disappointed when arriving at my unit, it was not inside the security fenced area. There was no need to issue me a security code. Also the blacktop was buckled up at the front of my unit, making it very difficult to slide things into the unit. My granddaughter tripped and hurt her ankle while helping to put things in. My son in law had to remove all the loose buckled blacktop.

We had know issues with the storage unit until the gate to get in won’t open. We put in our code multiple times and called customer service and they gave him two more codes to try. It would not open. Called today and they supposed fixed it so my husband will drive out there again. Let’s hope it’s actually fixed because we need our stuff when we move into our new home.
