I've been going to BeMobile For quite some time now. Ashley always takes good care of me period her. She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly. Made the transition from one phone to the other phone flawlessly. Ten out of ten would highly recommend Ashley for anyone's phone needs.

Absolutely a trash company. No accountability for thier actions. Came here to upgrade my phone from a 13pro max to a 15 pro max Was told I needed to pay off my device before I could purchase a new one, no issue with that. Paid them 470. Was told everything should be good. Just to find out I have to pay an additional 890$ in order to purchase a new phone due to my gf credit score dropping. Told him I can’t afford to do that and would need my money back. To which he responded no problem it will just take a few days.(total lie)
Do not trust this store drive to Peoria pekin or Bloomington and normal, these people only care about profits and will say and do whatever to make a commission, super disappointed with this store because the staff was so nice. Shame on you.

Went out of her way to get me the correct phone and needed accessories. Plus she transferred all my info over from old phone to the new one, saving hours of trying to do it myself. I was very impressed with the service she displayed as well as the assistance from other sales tech working that day. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
