Rented a unit on Friday. Tried to gain access on Saturday. The gate would not open. I called and was told had been happening and might be Monday before it could be fixed. Meanwhile I have two vehicles loaded with stuff to store. Canceled my contract.

My sister couldn't access her newly rented unit because the gate wouldn't open. She was given a refund but it caused a huge hassle renting anoher unit and getting in the same day.

Well we stored a couple of couches here went to get them and they were all covered in mold and still damp. When we tried to reach someone at the company the phones would not ring through. Very very disappointed.
