I’ve had the opportunity to work with Mike in the service department several times and all of them were unpleasant. I am speaking about the employees at the front desk, not the employees that actually fix the cars. He speaks in such a condescending and rude tone. He literally makes you feel like he could care less about your experience with Sam Leman. He has said things like, “ I work in the car industry, anything could happen” as an explanation to a problem. Providing some customer service training would go a long way. I know that I base my decisions on the businesses I choose to work with based on the experiences I have. I can assure you based on my previous experiences (my most recent one being the last straw) that I will never buy another car or take a car to Sam Leman in Morton again. It really is disappointing.

Upgraded my suv to a 3rd row Grand Cherokee. Great experience. Very easy to work with. Rob was great to work with. Got a great deal. Finance had my deal worked out in minutes and took great care of me getting all my needs met with add on’s to protect my investment. Happy to have done business with them!

Took my 2019 challenger scatpack to them for a engine replacement the car was still in warranty. they did a Good job it took some time but that the way it works on warranty claims. but it was all done just like they told me it would be. They fixed my bothers 2015challenger for him spot on with there to repairs very happy with sam leman in morton il i have bought many cars and trucks there I will shop there again when I need a car or truck Good Job Sam leman.. ?????

First of all I was not happy with my salesman. I would expect if Ted wanted to sell me a vehicle that he would not be involved with multiple customers at one time. I did not feel like I was a priority to him at all. Todd the sales manager was great however. I did find a couple of defects on the vehicle which I made the dealership aware off but I am still waiting on a solution 4 days later

Purchased new vehicle from Sam Leman in Morton. The salesman was helpful working with us to identify the vehicle and options we wanted. Once the negotiations began and until the point we left, it took 4+ hours of waiting. Furthermore, our interaction with the Finance Manager was extremely poor. It was a high pressure, awkward interaction where he was pushing us to purchase an extended warranty, advising all the things that could go wrong with our brand new vehicle. It’s been nearly a month since purchasing the vehicle and we have not received any followup from the salesman or dealer asking about our purchase. The dealership has a beautiful facility and excellent inventory. The transaction itself is what was less than desirable.

I have been looking for a specific used car for a while, a Lexus SC 430 convertible. Found one at Sam Leman in Morton, IL and began working with Rob Ford via phone calls, emails and texts from a distance. He was always quick to respond and answer my multitude of questions. I made the decision to travel to Morton for a test drive with a friend. He secured a ride from the train station to Morton, a 30 minute drive at no charge. The train was late to arrive and he kept in touch the entire time making sure our driver. Matt, found us. Rob was ready to stay late if needed. After the test, I decided to think about it over night. Unfortunately, this was not the car for me but Rob's excellent customer service did not stop there. He secured a ride back to the train station with Jeff. Rob's kindness, no high pressure approach and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy, no matter the outcome, was amazing. If the right car comes along, I would definitely make the trip again and work with Rob! If you are in need of a new or used car, reach out to Rob, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Rob, I didnt come home with a car, but feel like I made a friend!
