I am not sure what is happening to PNC in Washington IL, it's pretty much shriveled up to a zero. no customer service, no walk up tellers, no smiles with friendly words. Closing all acts. even though it's a hassle.

Not at all helpful. Had account there for 5 years and would not do anything to help but rattle off policies. Closing all accounts. Could not even make a call to spouse to try to verify information.

1 star because I can't give zero. Awful customer service inside...they talk down to you, will use any chance to make you re-do paperwork for MINOR change. Zero empathy, bad leadership, you can tell they all hate their company and job. bank somewhere else.

The bank teller is rude, bank with another bank. They literally scream at you if you bring in too cash for them to count, their complaint is money is wrinkle and they don't want it, they only want perfect looking mosey.

Poor customer service from the branch manager regarding a business account. Pnc is the worst banking institution I’ve ever worked with.

Unfriendly teller and poor customer service. Went in to pay my credit card, asked what the balance was to pay in full and paid that amount, no other charges made or pending, received a bill for additional charge b/c the teller did not tell me the correct amount. When I brought the situation to her attention, she had no explanation for me and was rude through the rest of my transaction. Canceled our credit card and refinancing our auto loan to another lender.
