I am not sure what is happening to PNC in Washington IL, it's pretty much shriveled up to a zero. no customer service, no walk up tellers, no smiles with friendly words. Closing all acts. even though it's a hassle.

Not at all helpful. Had account there for 5 years and would not do anything to help but rattle off policies. Closing all accounts. Could not even make a call to spouse to try to verify information.

1 star because I can't give zero. Awful customer service inside...they talk down to you, will use any chance to make you re-do paperwork for MINOR change. Zero empathy, bad leadership, you can tell they all hate their company and job. bank somewhere else.
