I had a 26-pound jar of change to cash in. All places I checked with (further north) wanted me to roll the coins, or suggested Coinstar, which charges a 10% fee. Heartland allowed me to cash in my change. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be their customer again if they are in my new location.

Had issues, but management did reach out, unfortunately I run myself to tight at work to call anyone during banking hours typically. So I’m having a hard time responding, but did feel like the star rating should go up, based of the effort.
