Would give zero if I could. Bait and switch recruiting. Promises $2,000 a week guarantee and then tells you it's unavailable once they get you there. Then, they'll call you a liar when you call them out on it. The 2 other drivers there with me were told the same lie. I was also told that even if you are in a guaranteed position, they can still switch your board if there's not enough freight and put you on reload which removes your guarantee as well. I guess they misunderstand the concept of a guarantee. If you like liars, working for people you can't trust, and love waiting to be thrown under a bus; Fort Transfer is perfect for you.

Fast unload. Appointment only but the workers are great to work you in incase of a cancel or late truck. Truckers can take a shower on site 24 hours a day.

Be aware of this configuration on your truck if you want to work here, because they reject my truck because of this steps, I got already an air compressor on it, but they need 24 in of space to work on it, please talk all of the aspects of your truck with the recruiting people before came here, because it’s happen to me today and I need to go back all the way to pharr tx, without job and money they give me 750 dlls to return but I gonna pay the doble on diésel to return to texas,

I've found this to be a great company to work for. My first two week paycheck was nearly 10000 dollars as a lease operator and I was shut down for three days due to weather. They have bent over backwards to help and make me feel like more than a driver.

Great company to work for. No complaints. The Morton, IL terminal has everything you need (laundry, showers, a fully equipped kitchen, etc). The staff in the offices and in the shop are some of the best people/professionals.
