Unbelievable- 3rd time in two months that drivers have failed to leave packages in the designated spot ( our porch) . We do not check “on the side of the garage” for packages. Last shipment contained perishable items which were ruined - no help from FedEx on that one but they guaranteed it would not happen again- guess what - yep it happened again

Awful experience with them as I can not get my package that they failed to deliver and have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the facility for pick up.

I found some packages left on the ground in my parking spot. And I called to talk to someone and tell them to come and pick it them up. Because I think they just fell out of the car, but it just goes to automated person. So I have to either ignore those or drive to A Drop of Zone and Drop Them Off Which Is. Not my responsibility. These people are awful. Don't care about other people's business.

This is one of the worst delivery systems I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t even allow you to speak with a live customer service representative. I totally understand why. When they use to they would tell you they were the cheapest option and not tell the customer. Isn’t that cute. Trying to make their self look good and the company baaaad. PLUS THEY JUST GAVE ME SN UPDATE & SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT FED-EX #. NOW THATS FUNNY!!!!

Fedex Driver marked my package as we tried to deliver when I was sitting there at my office and he never drove by. Check my cameras nothing. I drive up town where he likes to take long lunches and found him at the local bar. I have been here waiting for him to come out for a hour and 15minutes so far nothing. They must have a good lunch beer special. So dam disrespectful

I was waiting the entire time at the delivery address and they still pushed the delivery date saying they attempted to deliver.

I had to pick up my delivery, would not deliver when I was available to sign for delivery, showed up when I told them I was working, have them the time I would be home refused to accommodate consumer, will never use Fed ex again

I was supposed to get a guaranteed Saturday delivery of an important document and it didn’t arrive until Monday late afternoon. Sorry I cannot give this one a good rating. No excuses. If you can’t make good on your guarantee, then don’t guarantee it.

I ordered a gift and had it sent to my adult children from the seller. The Apt number was omitted. I have contacted FedEx who tells me I cannot add the Apt number. I have contacted the seller who shipped the item and they have contacted FedEx. FedEx told them it was too late to add the Apt number. There is no way for a person to reach the “local” distribution site. I have been back and forth with FedEx and the seller all day. FedEx said they would attempt delivery again today. THEY DID NOT!!!

I was allowed to pick up my package at the Morton facility when it was determined they had the wrong address. Great customer service .

Constantly fail to deliver. Sometimes up to a week of bouncing on and off the truck before they bother coming down our road.

Update: The truck exhaust has been fixed and deliveries have been arriving quicker! Glad this location finally got a better delivery driver for our delivery route in north Normal. The current driver is so much nicer than the prior one. However Fedex needs to fix the exhaust on the guys truck, I think it’s completely fallen off. The truck is so loud you can hear them coming a mile away. :). When we have had problems getting packages before you can never reach anyone at the Morton location so I doubt they will see this or do anything!
