Two stars for the staff that was actually nice to me here. One star for everything else. The pharmacy tech was a straight up J*** to me. He mocked my speech patterns and was completely disrespectful. I waited over 30 minutes for an Rx he said would take 5-10. After checking on it thirty minutes later, it turns out he never initiated the fill or notified the pharmacist that I was waiting--even though there was no one else in the store. When the actual pharmacist (who was super nice) finally noticed me and helped me out, the tech took over and 1) pressured me to sign multiple releases quickly, even though I was not sure what i was signing, 2) did not even offer counseling me on a new medication or check to make sure i knew how to take it, 3) didn't even say anything like, "your total is XX," or "Now I just need your payment." When the time for payment came, he just stared at me for a minute straight and then made fun of me when I asked him if it was time for me to pay (I honestly wasn't sure if he was still clicking through his screens or he ready for me to pay). Terrible communication, awful organization, and really negative overall experience. I've since changed my pharmacy and want to warn other people to stay far away.
