Hit or miss. Depends on attendants. Some are focused and friendly others never stop looking at their phone. They have issues with their gate consistently.

I've been to this car wash before and it does an ok job. Today I got to the end of the car wash the sign said wait & all of a sudden I started rolling backwards quickly. I bumped the car behind me. I had to put it in drive to get out of the car wash. The person at the car wash I told said yes it happens. It shouldn't happen.

For the last 3 months I've been paying for the premium wash. The last 9 or 10 times I've been through I've gotten nothing but the cheap deluxe package. Find somewhere else to get your car washed or at least get your money's worth.Update:After repeated calls and messages they failed to even return a call. And then canceled my subscription without my knowledge. Not that I mind too much but it was convenient to where I live. This is not a reflection on the young people that work there. This is a direct reflection on how the business is ran. Subpar product from subpar management.

At the end of the cycle while the sign still said Wait my car suddenly rolled backwards and bumped the car behind me. I had to drive out of the car wash to move. I told someone and they said that happens. He inspected my car and saw no damage. My cameras (front and back) caught the incident. I called and happened to speak to the same person and they said again that it can happen. It shouldn't happen. It freaked me out. And I still had bug yuck and dirt on my vehicle.

Went through the car wash last night. I have a fairly new car. Employees ram me through KNOWING the system wasn’t working correctly Water jets were not even shooting on my car. Spinning brushes with no water isn’t good for any cars patient or clear coat. Ask why they sent me through knowing it wasn’t working correctly and they told me that their boss knew about the situation and instructed the employees to run cars through anyway. Really? Never go there again!

I frequent this and several other clean getaway locations. This location lacks in several ways: staff that don’t use the pressure washers or bug solution, vacuums that don’t work, and a wash that is somehow subpar compared to the others (even though it’s automated).

Went to this location got the monthly plan and went back again. The gate opened right up, but they charged me a monthly plan again. I called called called, and no one answers the phone, and it asks for my remote access. I don’t have a remote access so I can’t get a refund and I won’t go back.Services: Auto detailing

Got my car nice and shiny clean. I had baked on bug guts that I didn't think would come off in just one wash but they did. Good powerful self service vacuums. I had my doubts with all the bad reviews but I'm quite satisfied.

2 employees who I assume were closing not only closed 15 mins early, but almost backed into us as they were in such a hurry to get out. Never wanted to end a shift so bad I was willing to take someones front end off.

Monthly customer gift form Clean gatway i m on Father’s Day 7:56 PM last customer and who kids here work they shows What the fountain of water does by putting forward the personal part and showing us. Paid $20 and still had bug guys on windshield and soap suds down right passenger window. Went in and talked to the staff and he said nothing he can do but pay again and go through it again. Horrible service didn't offer any bit of help. Then I asked for manager number and he said he can not give it to me. I then asked the managers name and the guy said Brandon. Absolutely the worst customer service I will not pay a total of $40 to run through again very unpleased!!!!!?

This was my second visit, went to clean my car, the two young gentleman were polite. I just paid for the basic clean as I was preparing to go on a road trip. My windshield was still dirty with bug residue and then had dried soap on it after getting out…wasn’t mad, it happens, but what I was really mad about is that I went to vacuum my car out to find the trash bins all over flowing with trash and only two hose nozzles worked, all the others were down. I went and notified the employee of this so they could put a sign out to avoid people getting out of their car to check all the hoses. He just shrugged his shoulders and said yeah I know, sorry… I ended up having to go to another town to another car wash just to use their vacuums. I work closely by this Morton location so I thought about joining it… after this experience I don’t think I’ll be back or recommend them.. very disappointed!!Services: Polishing
