My wife and I have been looking at a new vehicle purchase and we wanted a Chevy traverse since we had one already and liked it very much.
I travel quite a bit so I was able to visit many different Chevy dealerships. While I was out of town, my wife drove over to Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton IL. Carson Combs greeted my wife and listened to what she was looking for. They had a vehicle on site that met her request so he showed her the car and explained -all- its features. I say all because it had more than we were accustomed too.
Long story short, I was able to meet with Carson the next day and was very impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. Easy going with no sales pressure made for a relaxing process.
My son purchased a vehicle from Bob Grimm many years ago and I remember it being the same process.
Kudos to Bob Grimm Chevrolet and especially Carson Combs.
No hesitation with a five star rating across the board.

I had an awesome experience with Bob Grimm Chevrolet! I found a car on their website and called their number. Chris Rivera answered and I asked him to check out the car for me, and really let me know what, if any, damage could be found. A little while later, I received numerous pictures and videos from Chris, where he gave me an honest look at the car. The few dings it had were corrected via paintless dent repair. The car was perfect for me. Chris bent over backwards to help me with my purchase and made me feel very comfortable, especially that I couldn’t visit the dealership in person. He even answered my text messages on his day off! The car was safely shipped to me by Ken soon after the transaction was completed and it was everything that Chris described. Honestly, every interaction with Chris, Ken and a few other individuals were absolutely outstanding. This was customer service “from days gone by…” I highly recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet and Chris Rivera for your automotive needs.

I absolutely dislike car shopping but going to Bob Grimm was a very pleasant experience. They knew what I was after and did not try to sell me anything else. Most salesmen in the past were very pushy and irritating but Grey Chapin listened to our needs. Would highly recommend and will definitely think of them first for any future needs.

$ 450.00 for an oil change and fuel filter change on a silverodo diesel. That is outrageous. $308.00 for the fuel filter. The filter is a $ 40.00 part and he said the rest was labor. That means it cost $268.00 for 15 minutes of work. That is some kind of labor rate.

You should not buy the extended warranty it is a scam and they are liars when I purchased the truck it had 20,000 Mi on it and they told me that the extended warranty started then I just turned my truck in and they said the warranty was no good

Carson was simply great! I drove here all the way from Omaha NE because they had the exact vehicle I was searching for! Not only did they give me a good deal but working with Carson was easy peasy! I’d drive another 500 miles to purchase another vehicle from Carson again in a heartbeat!
Jim in finance was also great! Made the paperwork easy and quick. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he made sure I understood all of my options in great detail.
Very happy with my purchase and experiance!
