“This was my first time going into Batteries Plus. I needed some specific batteries for my remote start on my car. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was able to get the batteries that I needed within about 30 seconds. The batteries cost about $10 for two little bitty batteries, but at least I got the ones that I needed, and the customer service was good.
I also asked for a price check on an extra key for my son's car and was able to get a round about estimate for that.”
“My windshield wiper broke right when crazy snow hit today and thankfully I was a half mile away from the store. The young man behind the counter not only picked the wiper blades out for me based on my car model and year, but he even went out in the cold weather and put them on my vehicle. In the mean time I had the privilege of chatting with the lovely amazing women inside in the store.
