“Best dealership I’ve ever worked with. My schedule makes it hard for me to spend a lot of time at a dealership. I was honestly just browsing and seeing what price range I could afford when I first started communicating with Lighthouse. Holly was able to find a vehicle in my price range and it just happened to be a vehicle that I’ve always wanted, but didn’t think I could ever afford. She was able to have the vehicle sent to my house while my current vehicle was getting appraised for trade in. I was able to drive it, decide if I liked it and then come in to sign paperwork. The payments worked perfectly for me and now I have an upgrade that I love!
I also had a battery issue 1 week after buying the vehicle. I brought it in for service and lighthouse covered the entire cost of that repair since it had only been a week. That really shows how much they care about satisfaction. I was stressing over the repair bill and didn’t think I would be able to get it fixed.
