I love getting my hair done by Lynn! I have been going here for 20yrs and I won't go anywhere else. She does such a good job with my highlights, they always look so natural and give me that extra glow and pep in my step! Highly recommend!

I came in for a color correction and balayage. I explained what I needed done before I came in to make sure they were up for it because I knew it was going to be a long process. I ended up being in there for 5 hours and spent $250 for my hair to be only slightly lighter from the original color and a couple caramel strips for the "balayage". I was also charged for a cut and style even though I was told she wouldn't have time to layer my hair or style it so she just trimmed it and blow dried it. I had color all over my face and neck. My hair was also extremely hard because she didn't wash out all of the color. I called afterwards and asked to speak to a manager. After playing phone tag back and forth for a couple weeks because I guess the managers are only in on Tuesday I gave up. The stylist was inexperienced and took her time up until the last minute when she realized she had another appointment coming up. While I was in there another woman also came in for balayage correction and she left looking worse and more upset than before she came in.

Making an appointment with Cara was easy online. When we first met, Cara took the time to talk to me about how I liked to style my hair, where I parted it, natural wave, etc. She then did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. We had a delightful conversation, and I had a great overall experience. I will definitely be back, and I'd highly suggest you try Appearances if you're looking for a stylist.
