I took a small package with a pre-printed, postage paid FEDEX label to be shipped today. The gal working the fedex/photo department said she was unable to scan the fedex label. My fedex label did not meet Walgreens criteria. Didnt even try. What???

The store manager yelled at my mom and I! She didn't even say hello, how can she help or anything, she just walked up to us and started screaming to not open the products.. We were looking at a box that was already opened by someone else. My mom asked the manager to please stop and she kept yelling at us. It was bizarre and completely unprofessional.Will never shop at this location again!! We felt very unwelcomed. We walked out on her and went to another store.

Their digital coupons didn’t work properly today so I asked for a manager. Romel (or whatever his name was) manager was so rude to me. He humiliated me in front of the people. He spoke rude to me and loud so every customer can hear and look at me like thinking who knows what I did . I only tried to explain what happened and he was so stupid as a manager not knowing things from app and even was saying some things that were not true. Never will come again nor will shop at Walgreens. Still like better cvs.

I had an appointment with the Advocate clinic (who was courteous and professional). Decided to have my prescription processed at this pharmacy, and after the nurse helped me get som OTC, advised me to go to the counter to check in. I'm waiting patiently, and the young female with the dark hair in a bun snaps "What do you need?" I responded "I'm just checking in (as the nurse suggested I do), and she snaps (without even looking at me) "We'll call you when it's ready". Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Given all the one star reviews here, I'm not surprised. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs. The pharmacy staff need some training in communication.

Was here today to pick up photos on behalf of someone and the guy working behind the counter was so rude. Asked for a phone number. Again I’m picking up on behalf of my neighbor who can’t do it. So how the hell am I supposed to know what number it’s under. The guy continued to rant and rave at me saying ur holding up the line. What line mister? I was the only one picking up photos. U guys to learn how to respect customers.

I had a problem with my proscription and the pharmacist called me himself and help me fix the problem. He even called my doctor so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer since if I would call, I would of been waiting 2 more days for the doctor to contact me back.Great customer service and fantastic team at that location!Keep up the good work!!!!

Today, I made an order through “same day delivery” option, offered on Walgreens website. I received the notification “delivered”, and checked immediately. However I did not see my order anywhere. I called the store, the staff member there told me walgreens did not provide same day delivery, and I must find a driver myself. She said she did not know.I got hung there without understanding how this works. I asked for more explanation, and the staff hung up on me.Now I do not know where my order is.

Be careful at the checkout . Their prices are completely different from the shelves and what the actual price of the item. And when you call them out they all act stupid and try to argue with you. More then once i tried talking to them and show them but ended up just walking away. If you dont want to do promotions then dont update the stickers simple as that.

The Advocate clinic in this store was great for an immediate (as possible) diagnosis of strep throat and a followup prescription for antibiotics. I've never been in here before, but it was perfect for this routine health issue. They have a medical tech and a nurse practitioner here for such issues. I got in via an appointment with the Advocate system, and it was seamless. Theoretically it's a walk-in clinic also, but practically speaking, it sounds like they're always at capacity as I found a couple of other Advocate immediate centers were as well. 5 stars for my experience here anyway. Thank you Sonam and Kathy!

My Mom has gotten her pain medication here for 8 years. 120 pills a month /4 per day. She can't be without! This month when they went to pick up they had been told they didn't have!. My sister went in and was told the reason they didn't have it filled was because they where sort 10 pills. .being my Mom needed her afternoon pills My sister asked can't they give her the 110 they had and owe us the balance of the prescription...next day Walgreens advised unless she had a new prescription they couldn't give her the balance due to her! Did someone take balance ??? How can a pharmacy NOT fill a prescription to quantity prescribed and say filled? I'm out of state or I would show up.. my sister has.made.many calls and has NOT gotten this resolved...my goodness I thought Walgreens was a trusted pharmacy!! Be aware and count your pills or go elsewhere!!

They use to be really good (from 2016 to 2019). Now after Covid it's like they no longer explain new medicine, they take an extremely long time to fill medications, and they refuse to look up insurance or contact physicians. This Walgreens needs new management!

Came here for a take home covid test kit, but got really lucky as they had openings for a test dine by a professional. Very impressive for a walk in without making an appointment. Thank you very much Walgreens!!
