Account Services Support is VERY poor. Kept coming up with poor reasons why I couldn't get my money out. I gave them what they asked for and then they changed their criteria. I will not put my money in there.

Right before I sold my house, unfortunately my reserves went negative. US Bank has a program I signed up for where they replenish your account with the necessary funds to bring it up to balance. The absolute horrible thing is I was paying interest on it for more than six months... One week after this happened I closed on my house and put over $100,000 in the account. Ended up costing me hundreds for no reason. Nobody informed me, and nobody helped me resolve this matter. Bad business... Did I rate this too high. Hmmmm.....

Let's start of by saying negative star! There's a lady is extremely noisy towards costumers. She knows who she is I don't like to judge people by their covers but I think she's Indian. Every month my mother goes in to withdrawal her money and the lady ALWAYS seems to ask why do you pull out your money. I'm sorry MA'AM it's none of your god damn business what the fuk she does with her money. If she would like to keep her job she needs to mind her own fuking business. Until then, after my mother has been with charter one and now us bank for over 15 years. I think I will move her over to a bank that will appreciate her and NOT ask her wtf she is doing with her money. My husband a manager at a bank and not once does he f****** ask why are you withdrawing all your money.

This USBank is a Big Joke! We live all the way here in Washington! I myself hold 3 local banks. I try to stay away from Big Banks for the joke they are. Unfortunately my sons college required him to open up an account with USBank. Well... my business had some transactions with my partner in Chicago. yes, we could've transacted a different way but I realized hey, my son has a National Bank which is USBank... let's give it a try. So, I had them deposit the money under his account. This was a Thursday. First, he was not allowed to deposit $5K in cash only $500 in cash... so he deposited $7500 in check and $500 in cash. and was told to have the account holder call for the deposit schedule. hmmm.... so we called. And we were told that $ 4500 will be deposited the following day and the remaining $2500 will be deposited on the 12th. I'm like why? And their reasoning is.. it takes 5 to 7 business days for a check to clear. Where in the world does it take for a check to clear that long? So, the following day I checked the account. I don't see the amount getting credited. We call... to find out that it won't get credited until midnight. But that's not what they told us on the phone. So we call again... and they insist that it won't be available until midnight. I wanted to speak with the manager, and they said she was on the other phone and that she can call me back. But they had the nerve to not hung up the phone all the way.. and I could over hear them talking. The guy banker even said... 'Crazy girl is on the phone calling again!' Whoa! What the heck! You say that about your clients! Crazy! And they are alike conversing with the manager who is supposedly on the phone! Until I just hang up! so, I called back again... and I told them I recorded it... and finally the manager calls me back and I told her I can send the recorded phone call to headquarters and they can decide what to do with it. and reiterated my point. Finally... she got the amount cleared and into our account. Monday came and I confirmed with my friend that the entire amount has been debited from their account and that the check cleared. I called US Bank and I asked to speak with the Manager. Again, she was busy and they took our names account # and phone # and was assured that she will return our call. The day passed and not a single phone call from her. I called back today and told them how upset we were. This time, this guy Bob was on the phone with me. I told him that my friend confirmed that there's not way it takes that long for the money to clear but that it already cleared. This guy asked me to call their bank and to ask for a person to get firm confirmation that it really cleared. I told him that they could see it online that it has already been debited, why do I have to call their bank. He is a banker... they should be able to see that on their end. This guy is a joke. He tells me they cannot see it. He literally is lying to me. He is asking me to do something stupid. And when I told him that I was going to tweet it and review it... He changes his story and tells me he's not going to say anything anymore. These people in this branch are a total joke! US Bank headquarters needs to look into this branch and start training all of them on Customer Service! I will tweet and I will review until they are placed in their shoes! Don't make a fool of me! I don't like my time wasted!
