Horrible store. First of all, the long blonde haired male supervisor or manager that was working tonight should be fired. It's a little before 9 30 which is their closing time and I'm already walking to the register. Mind you I'm a senior and can't necessarily run through the store. As I'm walking, this guy comes up behind me screaming "we're closing we're closing!". I told him okay, you see I'm walking to the registers, he continues to follow behind me and said "go this way" pointing to a different, longer route to the front of the store. I turn to him and said no, I'm going this way, and continued my way to the register. Not only was this guy super disrespectful, but he obviously could see that I'm not a young girl, I have trouble walking and he still walked behind me through the store, rushing me to the front.
Then, once I get to the front to pay, I gave the cashier two 10 dollar rewards that I received on my tj maxx credit card. She looked at me as if I was trying to steel the frying pan I was buying! When I gave her the second reward, she gasped and gave me an even worse look! The whole encounter made me feel so extremely uncomfortable. I have no idea what's wrong with these employees at this location but I will not be coming back and will be reporting to corporate. Absolutely disgusting treatment towards older customers and terrible attitude from the cashier!!!!!
I tried writing a survey about my horrible experience but the website completed my survey without even giving me an option to write a comment about what happened.

Avoid this store! Every time I visit, there’s never enough cashiers. I have to wait at least 30 minutes each time. It’s like they’re purposely only putting 3 or 4 cashiers to work on a busy Saturday. This is TJ maxx not a Disney world ride. I swear they’re just trying to make themselves look busier by serving less people at a time. I promise you’re not that popular. Get a grip.

Just waited in a line here for over 20 minutes (no, I'm not exaggerating) with over 15 people in front of me and another 20+ behind me because they don't have a self checkout and only had 3 cashiers working on a Saturday night. Manager "Matt" was uncaring and unsympathetic, cashiers told me it's like this every night. Avoid this store if you value your time.

I always go to this location and never had any issues with staff. I went there with my friend very recently and we wanted to buy a candle that my friend really liked. Although, the cap was damaged as the elastic band was stuck around the jar and not in the actual lid, the jar and lid were both glass. I asked the cashier who also was the manager and said if we can get a markdown for the damaged lid. She refused to help and she refused to sell us the product because she claimed that the elastic band was a fire hazard and took away the candle. Excuse me, a fire hazard? The candle jar and all of its supplies are WEATHERPROOF and are supposed to not burn, why else would they make it for candles? We really liked the candle and told her if she can cut the elastic band around the jar, she did it but with an attitude. And I said if it is a fire hazard, why would you have it on your shelf? Her answer was that they don’t check each and every item, well if you’re not going to spend the time to check everything then don’t give customers nasty attitude when they ask for a markdown for your damaged shelf items. I’m not interested in coming back to this location because of that manager.

Items are all over the place , no organization at all. The fitting rooms were super dirty and had the worst smell you can imagine.

Bad experience. Cashier May was very rude and sounded very frustrated. She was making faces and making huffing sound while scanning the items. We needed help in one of the item we got. So she called Manager Shabana. Shabana was more worst than May. She had too much attitude. She gave zero help while assisting. If your cashier and Manager doesn't want to work in retail and help customers then better sit at home. Why give bad experience to customers who come to your store and spend their hard earned money. Hire good employees instead of wasting company's money on people like May and Shabana's salary.

Disorgamized but maybe waiting for a shipment. Horrible sekection of shoes. Very little to choose from . Not like they used to be.
But the clerks at checkout were friendly

Really nice reasonable priced store. They have herbs spices and decorations. Also a lot more variety than target or Walmart .
