“PHENOMENAL!! Every time I walk into this particular UPS, the customer service is stellar. From Stephan (the manager) to every other employee I've interacted with (especially xxx whose name I'll add once I ask him for it), I always leave the store feeling better than I did walking into it. Somehow the guys are never frazzled, no matter how long the line is, which is impressive. They're genuinely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about UPS services. In fact, they've made such a good impression on me (over several visits to this store) that I now go out of my way to bring them business. They have a legit good reputation around here because their customer service is leaps and bounds above the norm in today's society. HUGE kudos to Stephan and his entire team - thank you for all you do to bring the art of excellent customer service back to the Chi!”

But what I can say so far is the phone representative was super nice, spoke English (a lot of places I've called don't and my Spanish level is only low intermediate) but she helped and explained things and I will be using them once I have everything in order. “Alexis was fantastic! Im only in town for a convention and I had to leave the hotel and get some boxes packed and shipped before my flight home. I was in and out of the UPS store in a matter of minutes thanks to Alexis! She helped me ship a large awkwardly shaped thing lol and was super helpful and professional doing it. Made this whole annoying process seamless and not annoying?”

“Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.”

“I manage purchases for several family members and often have many items and packages for return delivery, hence UPS. The associates here are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
I visit this store the most because it is conveniently located in between most of my regular errands, so I’m there throughout the year - the service is consistently wonderful. Even near Christmas when weather, traffic, and technology don’t always work in our favor, they remain efficient and dedicated.
I wish I could remember the name of the lead or manager who is usually there every day - he is so kind and always working in front or behind the scenes to keep the system moving smoothly. Thanks for all you do! -S”
