Never been here before. I called to ask a question about services and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude. I just hung up right after. Not very professional in my opinion and never would I think to leave my animal here for any service.

Save your money and go somewhere else/ my golden retriever puppy came out of there smelling of cigarette smoke and I’ll have to bathe him again to get the smell off of him. I’ll add while I was waiting, one of the groomers repeatedly kept yelling at a whiny dog to shut up, like legit yelling, it was obnoxious and not helping. Lastly, there was no mention of cash or check only prior to the appt, at drop off or while I’m waiting, only until I’m ready to check out, which was very inconvenient, especially for a first time customer. Will def not be going back.

They always take great care of my girl. My pit does not like getting her nails trimmed at all, but these people are always patient and kind with her. They could easily turn her away bc she's difficult and they are always busy, but they always get the job done and give her a treat afterwards. Sarabi is lucky to have you guys taking care of her nails. Thank you!

My dog had a traumatic experience with a groomer and has extreme anxiety going into grooming appointments. It was so bad that I refused to take him anywhere and cut his hair at home. I knew about Paws through a referral and what was a positive for me was that they did not hold dogs in cages on standby to get their hair cut and they took 1-2 hours to groom. They don't take your dogs to a back room, everything is out in the open and transparent whereas some of these groomers tell you it will take four hours and leave your dog in a cage in the back until they are ready. I made an appt with Cheri because in her bio she had mentioned that she was empathetic towards dogs who are difficult to get groomed. She was attentive and listened to what I wanted. My dog looks great and I will be going back.

Very impressed by our first visit. The vibe is so calm. I don’t think I’ve been to a groomer that’s quiet. My dogs groomer came out and talked to me about what I was looking for. She completely washed, clipped,and cut both of them in a little more than two hours. Other places I’ve had to wait five hours for my dogs to be done. Will definitely return.

Cheri is awesome, very caring for the animals. I have a high anxiety dog and she is super accommodating to her temperament. She just gets my dogs, very caring wonderful woman. I'll always return with my fur babies! Very affordable and fast nail trims! Love this place!
