Got transferred to Paul Lee, and felt the difference through the several rounds of communication with Paul. He listens to what we say and provide the plausible answer and solution for us. Paul is fast in response and pay attention to details, which we like. If things go well, we look forward to working with Paul for years to come! *Only a side note: AllState's latest drivewise app doesn't work with our Android phones, but this is not something Paul can fix. I wish AllState will have their software backward compatible, as this matters to my family.

Paul Lee has taken care of our house and cars in the MG area. We have had good turn around time and quick responses from Paul. I haven’t been with AllState for long, 2.5 years and I haven’t had too many issues.

I only gave one star because there is not an option to leave a negative star rating below zero. This adult child is defensive, sensitive, an insurance salesman stereotype, who fails at basic tasks like sending damage photos to adjusters, advocating for the client with adjusters, learning how to listen to customers or keep up with customers, reply professionally or come to personally inspect damage only a mile away. From a claim date of April 4, to commentary of "an issue of trust" from an adjuster, this agent, his company, his adjusters, all full of it, all full of themselves and definitely NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THIS MAN CHILD.

Worst agent I ever! Took him 2 weeks to get me the documents i needed for my company and at the end he made me change the dates on the document bc he didn't want too. He hand wrote on my Certificate of Insurance which is so unprofessional. I a Allstate customer and pay my policy on time and expect to get professional service. Will never call him again or recommend to anyone worst attitude and service ever!
